The golup.ai website is operated by Gol Up (GOLUP), the controller of information collected through this website. Contact the email address on this page for privacy enquiries, access, correction or deletion requests.
Information and purpose
The enquiry form collects your name and telephone number, and optionally your business name, business area and message. It also records your preferred response language and permission to contact you. Information is used to respond, understand your needs and handle your enquiry. Consent records, timestamps and technical submission information may be retained to manage enquiries, prevent duplicates and deter abuse. Do not include medical information, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Providing information is voluntary
There is no legal obligation to provide enquiry details. A name and telephone number are required to respond through the form; without them the form cannot be submitted. You can also contact us by email. Business details and the message are optional.
Systems and service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiries are handled in the business's enquiry management system and by the infrastructure and communication providers needed to process them. Depending on the active processing path, these may include Supabase storage, WhatsApp messaging through Meta and email notifications through Resend. Providers may operate infrastructure outside Israel. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. The form's consent does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Browser preferences
Your choices to stop animations and underline links are stored locally in your browser for future visits. Reset them in Accessibility options or clear site data in your browser. These preferences do not require contact details.
Retention and your requests
You can request information about how long your enquiry details are kept, access your information and request corrections in accordance with applicable law. You can also request deletion; its scope depends on the law, the information involved and retention obligations. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary to prevent unauthorised access or deletion. Do not include passwords or identity documents in your initial request.
